After training in retail and studying business administration, Heiko Stahl worked for several international manufacturers of office furnishings. In 2011, he moved to Vitra, where he was promoted to Managing Director Switzerland / Austria in 2014 and is also responsible for International Key Account Management, Workplace Consulting and Trendscout.
In view of the fact that many people today can theoretically work from anywhere and "machines" take over the repetitive work, he is concerned with what a workplace or employer must offer to convey identity and home and to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. Heiko Stahl also completed a concurrent degree at Stanford.
