Marc Risch is a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy and co-founder of Clinicum Alpinum, one of the most modern specialist psychiatric clinics, which has been portrayed as a «Clinic of the Future», among other things. He runs two outpatient diagnostic and treatment centers for affective disorders in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and was Medical Director and Chief Physician of the Clinicum Alpinum until 2024.

Since 2022, he has been a member of the charitable foundation TIEFSINN, which he co-founded to improve the care of people with severe mental illnesses and their families. He is frequently booked as a speaker for the TIEFSINN foundation in the DACH region. The topics of failure, resilience, psycho-neuro-immunology, neuro- and biodiversity, prevention strategies and security of care, always with a supra-regional integrative perspective, characterize his lectures, which are always characterized by a pinch of profound humor.

Risch completed his doctorate on the subject of disaster management, worked in war zones and in refugee aid, in forensic medicine and part-time at the Princely High Court. He has been active in an advisory capacity on various foundation boards and at strategic management levels. In addition to his depth psychology training in “transactional analysis”, Risch is recognized as a sports psychiatrist by the German Society for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Neurology (DGPPN).
