Robin Bertschinger completed his degree in business administration at the University of St. Gallen in 2015 and founded UMAMI together with Denis Weinberg in 2018. As Co-CEO, he is responsible for infrastructure, research & development, IT and back office.

Robin drives the technological and organizational innovations at UMAMI. With his focus on efficient processes and cutting-edge technology, he plays a key role in developing the state-of-the-art indoor biospheres that set UMAMI apart from other producers.
