Module 1

Performance Mindset.What kills, what promotes performance.

A positive mindset is particularly crucial for success in a fast-paced environment. This module raises awareness and provides methods for being prepared for critical moments. It helps identify areas where it's worth being persistent and focused, as well as areas where it's better to let go.

Performance Nutrition.

Module 2

Performance Nutrition.Everything is interconnected: Food—Well-being—Performance.

How you feel at the moment is closely related—40% to be exact!—to what you have recently eaten. This module will show you the key influences between nutrition and performance. It will also provide strategies to help you make a difference in your job and leisure activities by being powerful and full of energy.

Performance Recovery.

Module 3

Performance Recovery. Those who perform must rest. In order to achieve more.

Professional athletes know: “No gains” without sufficient “recovery”. Rest and sleep are just as important as training. One is meaningless without the other. This module helps you reflect on your own habits and make necessary adjustments if needed.

Performance Movement.

Module 4

Performance Movement. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

Only a body that moves sufficiently is healthy—and remains so in the long run. This module shows you how to use movement as a stress reduction technique, how it promotes the healthy development of the entire nervous system and blood circulation, and how to harness the power of small movement exercises to navigate important situations in your life.
