The goal
The more complex the world around us becomes, the harder it is for us to make wise decisions. In this continuously accelerating and dynamic environment, our previous ways of thinking and planning are often no longer effective enough. Our stability and security are shaken. The way out is for us to adapt. To learn to accept uncertainties and respond flexibly to the unexpected instead of rigidly holding onto plans. To explore new ways of thinking and find unexpected solutions. At first glance, it may seem unexpected: we can also see our own uncertainty as an advantage, as a resource that keeps us alert and allows us to seize previously unseen opportunities. This seminar aims to establish the necessary inner stability, supported by values and a conscious mindset, as well as sustainable relationships with other people who share our life path. Building on the latest insights from psychology, philosophy, evolutionary biology, and complexity research, you will be equipped to navigate successfully into the future.
